The International Medical Manager (IMM) assimilates all relevant scientific information in order to strengthen the global brands and their strategy. He/She proactively communicates this knowledge to the countries in an actionable way. The Intl. Medical Manager ensures the knowledge transfers of science into customer / Health Care Professional relevant propositions.
- Provide scientific support to Category / Global Brand Strategy
- Manage scientific support of countries to strengthen their competitiveness
- Create tools for the communication with Health Care Professionals to promote Global Brands
- "Gate keeper" of brand science (Science Reality Check) within the centre.
- Ratifies global brand concepts and medical claims from a medical/scientific point of view
- Development of opinion leader relations to support brand credibility
- Interaction with R&D
- Degree or PhD/MD in science or medicine
- At least 3 years experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Experience in technical/scientific writing and communication
- Excellent team player and strong communicator
- Creative and open mind (make use of scientific data in a creative and competitive way)
- Great assimilator (ability to master globally the scientific information)
